Do you accept my insurance?
Legacy Clinical Consultants, LLC works with all major insurance panels. Please contact our Business Office for information on which companies we are in-network and which companies are out of network.

What is your cancellation policy?
When you make an appointment‚ you are reserving that time for your use alone. We do not double book appointments to guard against last minute cancellations. As such‚ Legacy Clinical Consultants, LLC requires a 24 hr cancellation notification to allow time to fill that vacancy. Our voicemail system is available 24 hours a day for your convenience. If you cancel your appointment less than the 24 hours in advance, you will be charged the full fee for your appointment. Please note that insurance does not reimburse for missed appointments and you will be responsible for the charges.
